What began as a small publishing house over 100 years ago, has now grown into independent operating companies with subsidiaries which comprise Southwestern/Great American Inc. Bookselling has expanded to direct mail, insurance sales, fund-raising for schools, and a recognized search and contracting firm. While the corporate family continues to grow, Southwestern/Great American Inc. remains steadfast in its core principle; namely, we build people and people build our companies.
