Southwestern is:
a summer work internship for students that is the gateway into an
amazing career in one of our 15 companies, OR to building and heading
a new company through our business incubator. All of the Southwestern
companies are owned 100% by the employees.
After you successfully complete the internship program,
with the recommendation of your manager, you will have a choice
of careers in fields such as sales, sales management, accounting,
finance, marketing or IT in one of our diverse companies. Or, you
may qualify to build your own company using the capital, support
and resources of our business incubator.
